১. পরিচিতি
Trendzzone ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, ব্রাউজ বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য
অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে Trendzzone দায়ী নয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৩. পণ্য ও মূল্য
পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য ও স্টক পরিস্থিতি পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। মূল্যগত ভুল হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার Trendzzone সংরক্ষণ করে।
৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
অর্ডার প্লেস করলেই তা চূড়ান্ত নয়। যাচাইকরণ শেষে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হবে।
৫. পেমেন্ট
আমরা MFS, অনলাইন গেটওয়ে ও COD গ্রহণ করি। অনলাইন লেনদেনে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৬. ডেলিভারি
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চেষ্টা করা হয়। অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। গ্রহণের সময় পণ্য যাচাই করুন।
৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের পৃথক পলিসি অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
৮. মেধাস্বত্ব
ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট, লোগো ও ডিজাইন Trendzzone -এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।
৯. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমাবদ্ধতা
পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য Trendzzone দায়ী নয়।
১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

Placing an order does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders are confirmed after verification.
5. Payment
We accept MFS, Online Gateways, and Cash on Delivery. Transaction fees may apply.

Delivery timelines are estimated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check products upon receipt.
7. Return & Refund
